We currently looking to recruit an Account Director to add to our experienced team. You’ll be involved in pitching, handling tender processes, taking a lead on ensuring client requirements are met across large scale projects and managing and developing your fantastic team.
You’ll already have a range of experience within a creative event production setting. You’ll have handled large scale projects and know how to get the very best value for your clients. You’ll be awesome at knowing how to fully understand a client’s brief and how to turn it into something spectacular, whilst showcasing your first-rate attention to detail. You’ll be an expert people manager, able to get the very best out of your team, helping produce tomorrow’s superstars!
You’ll also be pro-active, able to develop client relationships with ease and be a fantastic communicator.

You’ll be heading up an already excellent team, who will be supporting you all the way. You’ll be working on a diverse range of projects, as Owls don’t fit into pigeon holes!
