Primary Responsibilities

 

Across a handful of our accounts you will work directly and indirectly with client senior management teams, key stakeholders and subject matter experts to support the strategic design and delivery of meaningful content that achieves their learning objectives across live, virtual and digital channels including eLearning and social. 

 

Role Overview

 

As a Content Coordinator your role is to support the wider Content team in the design and delivery of engaging content using our proprietary content process. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor on content delivery and learning techniques whilst having an intimate knowledge of our clients business. 

You will have a keen interest in producing content to be delivered in various environments including large conferences, training events, product launches and comms campaigns.

You will have an interest to learn about designing message evaluation and retention tools to formally measure the ROI of a project.

Key areas of responsibility include client management skills, creative thinking, detailed note taking, content materials delivery and content process planning. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Attending client meetings alongside colleagues to work with senior leaders, key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Undergo extensive research and become an expert on the clients business
  • Contribute to content outlines with creative and engaging delivery techniques 
  • Management of subject matter experts diaries and project timelines
  • Show a passion for engaging delivery/learning techniques 
  • Support 1-to-1 content clinics
  • You will work with the studio to manage in-house resource and external suppliers to support the content requirements e.g. Presenters, script writing, slide design, creative production, video production.
  • Follow the content process from design through to delivery
  • Work closely with the Content Producer, Senior Content Producer, Content Director, Head of Creative Services and Project teams
  • Uphold timely response times and demonstrate a solution driven approach to challenges 
  • Maintain content timelines and budgets in line with company objectives
  • Consistently meet and aim to exceed company and account growth KPI’s
  • Follow all company policies and processes, leading by example

 

Experience

 

  • Experience of working in an agency environment that offers comms & content services content department
  • Experience of some of our sectors (Tech, FinPro, Automotive) is desirable but not essential
