Part Time Accounts Assistant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part time Accounts Assistant to join the team for 3 days a week with a flexible approach to days worked.

Reporting to the company Accountant, you’ll be involved in assisting in all aspects of the finance side from daily bank reconciliations, processing sales and purchase invoices, preparing pay runs, updating job costings on our in house systems, credit control and more.


Ideally you’ll already have accountancy experience, however full training will be given. You’ll have awesome IT skills with a keen analytical eye. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work with colleagues at all levels and have the drive to succeed. You’ll also be first-rate in providing assistance to the team. Ideally you’ll be used to using Xero, but it’s not essential.
