Role Overview 

As Producer, you are responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of brand experiences across the agency service offering, ensuring deliverables are met across all areas. The ideal candidate will have natural creative flair, be solutions focussed, be unafraid to challenge the status quo, have excellent organisation skills and incomparable attention to detail. As our client is based in London, occasional travel will be required.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead key project deliverables across a range of brand experience channels inc live, virtual, digital etc, using project delivery best practices
  • Own mid-sized projects when required, demonstrating accountability and confident decision making
  • Lead on client calls, demonstrating an understanding of Owl Live’s Customer Hierarchy of Needs presenting in an efficient, effective and engaging manner in consideration of client’s own working environment.
  • Time plan and forecast for projects with accuracy, demonstrating awareness of sensible time allocations for specific deliverables
  • Liaise with Head of Production to resource manage projects timely and effectively inc identifying resources or skills required
  • Manage project time, costs and budgets in line with client requirements, project scope and company profitability KPIs
  • Write, deliver and maintain effective briefing between teams, departments and third party suppliers
  • Write creative and engaging copy and comms in line with client tone of voice requirements
  • Foster positive and collaborative working relationships between teams, departments and third party suppliers
  • Rescope project deliverables where required, advising the client or account lead in good time where additional time and budget may be required
  • Ensure all project documentation and contractual information is maintained in line with company information security requirements
  • Manage and communicate with clients effectively, representing the Owl Live brand with professionalism at all times
  • Lead internal debrief sessions including all contributing departments within Owl Live
  • Lead or take an active and productive role in the Owl Live pitch process
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding and adherence of the Owl Live processes and procedures
  • Oversee selection and appointment of third party suppliers, demonstrating a solid understanding of the Owl Live and industry supplier network
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all Owl Live systems

  • 3+ years experience in the tech, field marketing or brand experience industry
  • Experience writing comms and copy
  • Experience of working in an agency environment offering strategy, creative, comms, content &
    engagement services
  • Experience fulfilling global brand experience content and/or live experiences
  • Experience working with physical build projects i.e. exhibition
